The students have demanded cancellation of board exams for all three central boards i.e. CBSE, CISCE and NIOS as well as several state boards.

Students not preparing for offline exams due to online classes

The students are demanding that the board adopt an alternative assessment method instead of the regular offline examination as was adopted last year. One of the major reasons why students have been demanding cancellation of Board Exam 2022 is that this year classes were conducted in online mode for most part of the year and regular offline classes have resumed only for a few months. . Keeping this in mind, many students feel that they are not ready to take the offline exam at present.
